The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they’re Hapa. Overall really good restaurant. There's very little to no wait time for a table, and the staff are always nice. I took my parents here when they were visiting and they loved how quick our food came out. Great price for such high quality food, would recommend.
Good late night sushi
Terrible service, they take a long time to attend and serve and the bathroom was dirty.
Sushi Hana is wonderful. Quick and friendly service, fresh sushi and personal attention. We love the convenience and excellence of this restaurant. Clean and delightful.
Sushi Hana on the hill is my go to. Larry and Ivy are awesome. If you love fresh fish and smiling faces go here. The sushi combo is my favorite and the Japanese whisky ain’t bad. Always fast and fresh
