I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with extra chicken. Suffice to say my food was extremely poorly made. My rice was wet from teriyaki sauce and water (as if frozen chicken was just thrown in a pot and heated). I was disgusted to keep eating down my bowl, as I eventually saw a large pool of mixed liquids at the bottom of my bowl. The rice was drenched and the texture was unpleasant. The teriyaki chicken had no flavor beyond teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds thrown on top. Do not recommend ordering from here

I was craving sushi while in Washington DC. As I was staying nearby this place popped up on maps and to begin with, I would like to say that they are a very clean outlet, and the staff are very polite. You also get free miso soup on orders over $10. I got 2 sushis -one was an Ebi maki and the Boston roll . While I would not say this was the best sushi I ever had, they definitely had a lot of other options. It’s a cozy outlet and very vibrant. Good for a quick munch.
Found Sushi Garden while we were out on a walk around the neighborhood. The owner is very friendly as is the staff. Food quality was great, along with good value for your money. I would highly recommend stopping in and having some sushi or a bento box to go.
