Over priced, poor service. Food is meh. Staff is underage they/thems that lack basic customer service skills. Won’t be back. For such a prime location I was expecting a good sushi place.
Food is always yummy, a little pricey for what you get, employees are usually careless and inattentive. Burrito sauce always comes in a different size container (bummer when you expect the larger one)
Just sad.
You have to wait for 20-30 minutes while placing an order before it's ready. Staff are usually present but a lot of them move like snails. Even if you order ahead, you still have to wait forever. I went in 11 minutes before closing to order one burrito. I was told they are open but stopped taking orders at the exact moment I finally got up to the line to order.
