We love the Dake – We try to go to Dake at least once a week. You are made to feel very welcome, and the food and service are very good. We love many of the specialty rolls, but the nigiri is so fresh and wonderful it stands on its own. We really like the collars on the appetizer menu. This family-run (I assume) restaurant goes to great lengths to make you feel like family after awhile. They have shared their special sake, health secrets, and recommendations for pets with us.
