Been to the sushi pier quite a few times. Always felt like it was pretty good. Recently it seems like things have been going downhill. Today I stopped in by myself and was informed that I couldn’t sit at a table by myself. She told me to suit the bar and showed me where to go. Then I went to go sit down at the bar and I was told that I couldn’t sit there because someone was already there and it didn’t matter with the post told me. The food was excellent from start to finish. We both had the All you can eat Sushi, it included desert. Staff were very friendly. The one issue we did have, was the young ladies that were serving and hostessing, were running their fingers through their hair, touching their face and personal items, grooming them selves in the food distribution area with out washing their hands. To be fair they were serving not prepping food, but the sanitation rules are for all employees. If it were not for this we would have given 5 stars.

Came in for early supper and the place was already getting busy. We were seated quickly and the servers were attentive. Prices are reasonable, selection was huge, and the rolls were a good size. Everything we tried was clearly prepared with care. Flavor and presentation was excellent. Look forward to going back.
