Never thought I’d post a bad review for a place I once loved for its generosity. This time, the portions were smaller, I got side‑eyed for asking for a second pair of chopsticks, there was no soy sauce, and I had to ask for ginger and wasabi. The chef even dropped a piece of the wasabi, didn’t bother replacing it, and gave me a look. There’s an extra fee for everything now… it’s just unfortunate. I really hope they improve their service.

The chef whom makes sushi is very ill tempered and bad person. He took a wrong order and charged extra money and when I went to get it corrected he insulted and refused to make amendments. Even the girl at cashier counter was shocked on his behavior. Burlington mall Should take serious action against him.

Sushi Cafe is a hidden gem!! I show this place to all of my friends and family because I love it so much, it serves the yummiest sushi I personally have ever had. The portions are incredibly generous, the ingredients are always fresh, and the quality is consistently amazing. I highly recommend the salmon and avocado rolls, the avocado especially is always ripe! The staff are just as sweet. Everyone has always been very kind to me, and Kenny (the chef) is the best! I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I regularly ordered the salmon bowl, but recent changes have significantly altered the ingredients and flavor. The new sauce was overly sweet, and customers were not informed of the changes. When I raised my concerns, they were ignored, and I was not offered a refund. I ended up throwing the food away. Returning customers should be aware that the salmon bowl is no longer the same as before.
