Everything about our experience was amazing. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was attentive and worked smoothly around us so not to disturb our conversation or experience. The chef's creations were delicious and he was clear to explain each dish. I highly recommend coming here!
This experience surpassed every expectation we had. We went with a party of 9 for a bachelor trip. The staff were excellent. The food was by far the best sushi I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend going with their 17 Course Omakase option, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to our wonderful server and outstanding sushi chefs!
If I walked through the desert for 40 years without any water, my first sip of still wouldn’t be as satisfying as the drinks are at Sushi By Bou. If Michelin were to give this restaurant a proper rating it would take a galaxy of stars to appropriately rate how great the food is. Imax and Santiago are always so welcoming and fantastic that when I depart this Earth some day, I ask that all my possessions be sold to pay for a monument to be built in their honor. We had such a lovely experience! This place feels like a hidden gem, the kind of cozy spot where the experience starts the moment you walk in. The ambiance was charming, the food was absolutely elite, and Imad took wonderful care of us!
