This restaurant feels different in the best way. All my choices show flavor quality. I liked the environment and found the food excellent. Their customer focus was outstanding. I should make this restaurant a priority.

As my first omakase, it was an amazing experience all thanks to the wonderful staff and chef! We were here on a special occasion which was brightened by both the service (shoutout to Imax!) and the food. The sushi was great; simple but fresh and delicious pieces. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
This was my first omakase experience! Sushi by Bou is hidden inside a coffee shop, so it is already a vibe walking in. It's a small intimate space with limited seating. We got sat down promptly and they gave us hand wipes. I did the $65 12-course set: 1. Hamachi Yellowtail - delicious, melt in your mouth, tender piece 2. Akami Lean Bluefin Tuna - also amazing piece 3. Botan Ebi Spotted Prawn - not my favorite.. I didn't like the taste nor texture 4. Had a greattt time dining here yesterday! The sushi was really fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. Favorite bite was the surf & turf handroll with uni on it! Though the best part of our visit was definitely Imax! He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without being too over the top. Just overall he made the night even better. Can't wait to be back!!
