My best friend and I had reservations for 1:00pm. It began to rain before our reservation start time; people headed indoors from the courses and pool. It turns out, we were the only ones with reservations (as advised when we arrived) while the others waiting to be seated were walk-ins from having their original plans interrupted by the weather. Absolutely amazing experience at Sushi by Bou at PGA National! The restaurant is beautiful and intimate, and the omakase was incredible from start to finish. Everything was fresh, creative, and perfectly prepared. Huge shoutout to JB, Mathew, Chris, and Milly.
