Sushi by bou is a very intimate dining experience - 8 seats around a counter with the sushi chef telling you what each sushi course is. Omakase - like a chef's menu. This was our second time there and I'm planning to return in April. The fish is fresh, the presentation innovative. We had a flight of sake with the different courses. I love this place. I'm only in the city twice a year, but each time, the first thing I do is go to the Omakase experience.
What a fabulous, intimate, delightful dinner! All the food was delicious. Loved the interaction with the chef. Can’t wait to return.
