My first omakase and it was incredible. I wish I could eat more! 😅 it’s was so delicious, every ingredient super fresh, service was great. Wagyuni, akami and hotate were the best. The whole menu is amazing but those were my favorites. It melts in your mouth. The vibe is super cool. They are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

We went to Sushi by Bou in Times Square yesterday, and it was nothing short of electric. From the moment we descended the secret stairwell—located right next to the Sanctuary Hotel’s entrance—you knew you were in for something special. I got the chance to try this location because I liked the one in Chelsea! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a downstairs speakeasy vibe restaurant. I got to experience their 12-Course Omakase for just $55! And it was good! Orby made everything and he was great! I had: Vodka Martini Hamachi Akami Botan Ebi Ikura Bincho Maguro Hotate Gindara Toro Sake Wagyuni Unagi I loved the 12 course! It was a good time all in all!
