The food is always good, the fish is always fresh, the wait staff are amazing, and it's one of my top 5 in Lexington.
I think that was the best sushi I've had in town.
Sushi Blue is a gem in Lexington! The Cherry Blossom Roll was absolutely incredible—so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. It quickly became one of my new favorites. What really made the experience stand out was our waiter, Luc. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Between the amazing food and the top-notch service, Sushi Blue is definitely a must-visit. We’ll be back for sure!
