The first time my partner and I came to Gibson’s, we tried out sushi Nagomi in the summer and had a great experience. Our server who was also the owner‘s wife was very sweet and welcoming, and recommended some dishes we haven’t forgotten. It was spot prawn season so we had the crispy prawn heads and prawn Nigiri, which was so delicious!
