I've eaten at Sushi Bae in the past, the rolls are great! I must advise you not to use them for delivery. On a Tuesday, I ordered delivery via DoorDash for immediate delivery, the order was cancelled 30 minutes later stating they were closed but it was well before the time the restaurant closed. Chef is so nice, got the chirashi bento with salmon sushi. So filling and a miso soup for eating in. Ended up ordering the strawberry matcha and the foam was super thick. Very spacious inside
the food is good and the employees were nice but the owner was pretty rude to me. theres a level of professionalism you have to exude when you run a business and she didnt have it during my experience with her. i enjoyed the food but i wont ever come back due to the rudeness i received.
the workers and the restaurant itself are nice but terrible sushi if you eat it often this is low quality
