NOT GLUTEN FREE. The menu has it as an option. Spicy rolls arrived with tempura like materiel mixed in. I called the restaurant. Server says they contain gluten because she doesn't know that online menu offers gluten free. WHAT? Asked for refund for those items and was denied and told to call owner. Now I get to have a miserable 3 days. Go somewhere else. Edited to add that the owner did find out and refund my money and apologize, and I really appreciate that.
The three of us were shocked this place has such a high rating, the experience for us was really really bad. The service was Asian restaurant average and we didn't really notice any red flags besides delivering water glasses and holding them from the top half where your mouth goes. This is a very common mistake among all mid tier restaurants that really needs better enforcement across the board. No, our issue with this place is the food. This place is so good. Just wow. California roll is great. Seared salmon roll is great. Salmon lover is great. Extremely affordable too considering the quality. The people working there are also very nice.
Delicious sushi and big portions. Enjoyed their roll #1 (seared salmon roll) and #15 (energy roll)
