Food was great, we had the hibachi and some sushi and all was delicious.
Stopped in to sushi 99 for the first time yesterday. The complimentary soup was a nice touch but the edamame we ordered was a bit off… almost dry (like a freezer burn situation) and then still served. The hibachi chicken with noodles was ok but not very flavorful. Almost bland. The sushi/sashimi presentation was good with intricate details and mixed textural combos ie Uni on top of salmon, and gold flakes/roe on top of tuna. All and all I give it 4 stars.
Such an awesome restaurant! The service is always so amazing and the food is always fresh and delicious!
