Extremely frustrating experience trying to reach this office. Every time you call, you’re placed on hold forever and transferred to a call center where you have to explain everything all over again from the beginning. I simply wanted to speak directly with the office regarding a medication my father was asked to take so I could confirm some information, and it turned into a complete nightmare. I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years and she’s the best Dr I’ve been to, very thorough
Trying to schedule appointments as a new patient here is a waste of time I spent an hour yesterday on the phone they never answer I call again today spent 40 minutes waiting on hold they never pick up the phone. I’m very disappointed the service there given in this place.
