I really wanted to love this place and I bypassed the fact that the front desk staff both times I went seem unfriendly. They do NOT greet you when you walk in they just stare until you say something to them. But my issue is them scheduling appointments and going to have to sit and wait over a hour after a scheduled appointment and still NOT seeing a doctor! No apology no nothing. Nobody cares. Doctor susarla is.... unique. She is very opinionated, pushy and all round not very good with her patients. She came barging Into the room barking orders without even saying hello or anything. Shes very condescending and acts like you are an idiot. This is a direct quote from her "you know, the lungs are what gives the body oxygen and the body needs oxygen to live" yeah no duh I'm not a 1 year old. If I didn't have trash insurance I would never go to her again and will never recommend.

I’ve been trying to get my mother in to see the doctor, and the experience with the staff has been very disappointing. Appointments are repeatedly canceled, often with little explanation, and excuses are given instead of solutions. My mother’s health concerns are important, yet it feels like her care is not being prioritized. This level of inconsistency makes it extremely difficult for patients who truly need medical attention. The dr is very attentive does not rush the patients. The inters are very helpful and extremely willing to learn.
