I had to get my transmission replaced and while the insurance was taking their time to approve it, the Ford dealership gave me a rental car. I was getting constant updates from one of the employees name Ace. all in all I had a great experience with this branch, I would highly recommend it to anybody. They are kind, professional, and they will constantly keep you updated with what’s going on with your vehicle.

My truck had a recall for the transmission module. They were able to get me in within a few days and had the problem updated within a couple of hours while I waited. The service crew was great and very respectful.
