All staff were very helpful and extremely polite
I brought my new truck in for service after buying it from another dealer and found out it had some serious problems that they refused to fix. Susanville Ford went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and go through a multi point inspection which resulted in them locating another problem which they promptly fixed. They were thorough and kept me updated on a regular basis. Will definitely trust them for any future service I may need
