Susan was such a big help in repairing this piece I purchased from another artist. It arrived from the original seller broken and with the wrong type of hanging fixtures. I found Susan on Google and was able to very easily set up an appointment to appraise the damage and how to fix it. Within just two weeks, Susan called me back to let me know it was finished. Participated in 3 hour class as an intro to the process of making stained glass. It was a great experience. Susan shares her knowledge and her passion shines throuuin her approach to the class. We got to experience the entire process. I have a greater appreciation for this craft.
Susan was very informative and talked my mom and I through the whole process. We took her 3 hour beginner class and came home with a beautiful stained glass piece. She was patient and clearly cares about her craft. I will be back!
Susan is a wonderful teacher! She is very detailed in her step by step classes, patient and knowledgeable. I left feeling confident that this is something I can now do on my own, and with a beautiful piece of work.
It was awesome working with Susan; communication was great and our beloved lamp was restored to it’s crack-free former glory!!
