My hairstylist here is one of the kindest individuals I've met, but I did request and get charged for a balayage and ended up with highlights instead, without a root smudge --- highlights straight to the root. I recently got a blowout at another salon and was told that my haircut is very uneven and definitely didn't get a balayage, which makes sense to me (given the shorter process and result). I have been coming here for years , and enjoy every visit,l. Great spa experience in a close-to-home location. I have never had a bad experience! Every person is pleasant, kind, and welcoming.
