Great food, Great staff and they are up front when it comes to IF THE RESTAURANT made a mistake or not and are more then willing to correct it, like in my case, when biscuits and gravy were forgotten on my TO GO order and I called, they remembered me and asked if I'd come back or need a credit, so the fact they are willing to do they makes them even more of a place to want to come and eat ... Susan's is a classic for a reason. Friendly, attentive wait staff and a huge menu of options made well.
I was told it was better than the local chain and the Internet was right. The Biscuits Benedict with gravy was awesome.
Great tasting food and fantastic waitress. Everyone in our group loved their food.
