Susans Party Room - I can only describe the place as Magical- the decor, the lighting, the attention to detail. The organization by Susan, glitter, lights, so clean. All the accessories available to match the theme of your party. And most importantly you will not find the price for this place and get as much as you get any where else in the Bronx. Also your day is made easy as you only arrive and celebrate, all decor, serving and clean up are included. I will be here once a year for sure! 5 stars plus another 5
Held my husband's 60th birthday party. Everything was beautiful my family and Friends had a wonderful time. Susan and her staff are incredible. On point with everything. Excellent venue! Susan is an incredible and helpful host. The place is affordable and fits well over 60 people. We celebrated our baby shower back on June 20th and everything went great. Susan even provides special discounts for first responders and provides additional services, such as food catering and a DJ. All for very reasonable prices. Venue looks nice but the owner is not a very honest person when it comes to booking / rental. I mean pricing is affordable but if you dont want to rent to someone be honest about it.
I recently hosted a party here, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They were extremely attentive to my family and guests, always making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make the event smooth, stress-free, and special.
