Sharon was absolutely professional in handling my changing menu ideas. She was very responsive to all my emails. When the food arrived, the two gentlemen brought the food up and set it up in record time, even though my elevator was not working. The vendor provided racks and sternos to keep the food hot. They also provided name tags for each food item so guests would know how to identify the food. That was a nice touch. The food was delicious and very well received by everyone.
Magaly and her team made our corporate holiday party, the food was amazing, service and waiters were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and hot, sushi display was awesomely displayed on these wooden boats - they also provided all out chairs, and tables, and table clothes. I really couldn't have asked for an easier, smoother process making our party that much more enjoyable.
Highly recommend working with this catering company. I brought them in for a holiday happy hour event, and from the start they were AMAZING to work with. Top tier customer service, even when I had to go back and forth with them a few times to make adjustments to the budget and overall direction. They just actually seem to care and went out of their way to make the experience as wonderful as possible for my team. The hot apple cider specifically was a huge hit. Highly, highly recommend!
I used Susan's Kitchen for a company event and could not be more pleased with my experience. From the start, I worked with Sharon who helped plan the meals and delivery times. On the day of the events, David (our delivery and prep guy) was working 2 events at the same building at the same time and did amazing. Both David and Sharon were a pleasure and took care of all our request. I forgot to mention, the food and presentation were a hit!
We worked with Susan’s kitchen to cater a 12 people Christmas Eve diner and it was perfect! Planning the menu was an extremely smooth process, everything was delivered on time, and it was delicious!
