Not were advertised on MAP, called to get correct address, put in gps, also wrong address, business seems to be paying games with ppl.
I just called and got, "Hello?" in a rather rude tone. When I asked, "Is this Susan's Jewelry?", she replied, "this is Susan's from Susan's Jewelry, who are you?!" REALLY??!! That's your idea of customer service?! Shop anywhere else. This woman has no clue as to how to treat customers.
Sloppy craftmenship and remedial quialty. Susan's had a sentimental pandant for four weeks and rushed finishing it after calling. The bale requested for the pendant was not what I received or discussed with Susan. She used a very thin wire to create a nickle size bale for a dime size pendant. A wire about a nickel wide for a labor intensive, highly decorated AND DIME SIZED pendant. Even left silver wirings from a ring on back of pendant without removing so the back of the pendant is sharp. Don't see Susan for anything beside... read more
Visited for the first time today. So impressed. Susan was more than fair and did everything she could to get me the most money for items I was selling. Will be back again.
EXCELLENT PLACE TO SELL YOUR GOLD AT!!! I would suggest to anyone selling their gold to look it up first how to calculate it and then do your math at home so you have a good idea what you will get....the only difference is that here they use 31.2 grams for a Troy Ounce versus others who may use 28 g for an ounce, common in jewelry. I WOULD RECOMMEND SUSAN TO ANYONE!
