I've only toured **Susan Party Room** in condsideration for my baby shower however I felt that I should leave a review for the following reasons. From the moment I walked in Susans customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and truly went out of her way to make sure she answered my questions . I booked this venue for my daughter's graduation dinner party. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality at Susan's Party Room. The staff was wonderful to work with, and my event was a success thanks to the personalized attention. I highly recommend this venue for all your party needs.
We recently rented this venue for my son’s birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything was incredibly well-organized, clean, and spacious—perfect for hosting a group of energetic kids. Very accessible. Parking isn’t too bad. Easily customizable venue. Sue will take good care of you. I’d give a 6th star because of her, but google limits me to 5.
