My teenager daughter wanted to get her hair color done for the first time. I recommended Susan’s parlor to her as I thought she’ll have a great 1st time experience. Totally wrong decision. My daughter only wanted simple brown color , but the result was totally different. Susan put highlights with yellow/orange color. My daughter’s hair looked cooked and dry too. We’ll never be going back to this place anymore.
Bad and worse experience yesterday, usually ate Susan cut my hair but yesterday she told me Maria can do it, the vitnamis lady. I have second thought, ate Susan said she’s good! But is opposite she bad hair stylist she don’t know what she’s doing. I told her U shape, she do it layer, but is worse layer I have..! please make sure ate Susan cut your hair , nobody else, I think she’s tired yesterday! And my experience is very bad. The worst My husband went for hair cut yesterday And their barber messed up His hair made 1 haft of his hair shorter then the other side Never coming back and do I recommend the movie place ? not at all be careful people !!
They know how to make you feel comfortable. They're always busy but they make sure to take care of their clients one at a time.
Horrible experience. First, I asked them to cut my hair shorter and they cut a whole chunk without asking me the length which they usually do so I had to sit there in silence cause they had already cut my hair. Second, the person didn’t cut my hair remotely close to what I asked, I asked for low layers with a bit of face frame and they gave me a wolf cut which is NOT what I asked for.
