Dr. Voekler and her nurse are great! Both are friendly and professional. Dr. Voekler takes time to explain things thoroughly, and is happy to answer questions or listen to my concerns. This was my second appointment; everything went smoothly and I was out and on my way home in no time. I feel the office staff and the medical teams do an excellent job of making the visit as pleasant and stress free as possible.
Terrible absolutely terrible!!! Jessica her nurse is absolutely wonderful and would like to keep her as my nurse but Dr. Voekler has got to go!!! Waiting for my call back from Lewis Gale quality team but have not received a call back yet, it’s been 48 hours. She could have caused me to have stroke !!!! To long of a story for me to type!!! But if you miss a appointment she will not send a refill in but will add a pill to your prescription that you think is a replacement for your prescription but it’s just to take with your re... read more
Waited over an hour for doctor to see me. Only to be distinctly under the impression that they couldn’t wait to leave. This office has consistently horrible wait times,not to go in but to be seen
Dr. VOEKLER is very thorough and explains everything very clearly. Office staff is very nice and friendly. I like this place.
