Waited over an hour for doctor to see me. Only to be distinctly under the impression that they couldn’t wait to leave. This office has consistently horrible wait times,not to go in but to be seen
Dr. VOEKLER is very thorough and explains everything very clearly. Office staff is very nice and friendly. I like this place.

Front office and nursing staff was excellent but Dr. Voekler did not make me feel welcome, seen, or heard as a new patient. The dictaphone use during the visit was rude. I waited over an hour for her once in the exam room. I felt cut off and shut down if I tried to carry on a discussion so I just stopped trying after a couple of instances. She reviewed my history on the computer but was uninterested in any current information, stating that the first visit is for “establishing care” and a follow up visit would now be required... read more
