Do not go here. The receptionist was extremely combative and rude. She couldnt figure out how to use a computer and argued with me about my health insurance being active. My insurer had to fax them proof of my coverage and then they forced me to reschedule because they were too uneducated to use a computer properly. 100% backwoods redneck operation, save your time and go to a real office. Just look at the picture of the building.
