I saw this rheumatologist in December 2020 for joint pain and concern about possible inflammatory causes. Lab testing did not provide a clear diagnosis, and I left feeling that my symptoms were attributed primarily to weight-related cortisol/metabolic factors rather than being fully explained. Since then, I have continued to experience painful joint flares with visible swelling and warmth, and I am still seeking answers. I wish the visit had included more follow-up guidance on what to do if symptoms persisted or worsened.
