Treated my grandmother terribly. She is very rude, dismissive, and does not follow up on the health of her patients. While she lists Spanish as one of her languages, she does not assure that she provides proper communication for her Spanish speaking patients. My grandmother had no idea what her treatment plan was and when we tried to get her to clarify it for us, she was rude to us and dismissive.
Worst patient care ever. No follow through with patient care. My grandmother actually got worst under Dr. Lansangan and my family has pictures to prove it. She did not monitor my grandmother’s diabetes or even confirm she understood how to go about medicating herself considering English is not her native language. Each visit my grandmother would tell her how much worst everything was and Dr. Lansangan refused to change her treatment plan. Dr. Lansangan is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patient. She takes her time explaining everything in details. She's been my doctor for a couple of years now and I am very happy with her.
