Susana is one of the best brokers I've worked with (and I've worked with a number of them in NYC, SF, Houston and overseas). She took the time to understand what I was looking for, which admittedly, is challenging to articulate, as it is more about the vibe or energy when walking into a house...the Chi (or Qi). I would highly recommend Susana Yourcheck if you are in the market to buy or sell your home. Susana was a blessing through the entire process and provided exceptional service. She was always available and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the information you need and are comfortable throughout the process. When we were looking at homes she would even crawl under a house to see if there were any issues. She really goes above and beyond.
