From the start: “we’ve got this”. Susana showed me areas of the house to improve and maximize the sale. she staged the house with amazing detail and consideration. She had connections for all part of the process! I never felt like I was wondering…. And even if I did have a question she answered any text right away! Susana was a great Realtor from start to finish! I had already moved out of my house when I brought her into the selling process, and she handled so much coordination with contractors so that I didn’t have to. She even put down some mulch and planted flowers herself! We also got a full-price offer on my house after only a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend Susana!!
