I discovered Susana Wedding while searching for a cheongsam for my upcoming tea ceremony. Prior to finding her store, I had visited the shops in Downtown Vancouver’s Chinatown where, as a plus size half Asian, I was completely ignored. My experience at Susana Wedding was extremely positive. Although she also had nothing on the racks in my size, she offered to make me a custom cheongsam for a very reasonable price. Very kind couple who owns the place. There wasn't any pressure to buy and they gave us a lot of space to look around. We were wondering why the prices were different for the dresses and the male shop owner came out to explain to us different aspect of the dresses and helped us decide what to wear for our wedding. They have the best Chinese groom attire I've seen (and I've been all over Richmond and Chinatown and Vancouver). The quality of the products are so nice and soft and well worth the money.
