I met with Susan Whitfield to discuss the possibility of our relocating to Charleston. She was patient with me in addition to being very informative and comprehensive. We visited two properties on Friday morning. Not only was Susan knowledgeable about the properties, she also enlightened me to many of the physical and cultural characteristics of Charleston and Daniel Island.
Susan really took care of me from start to finish. Initially, I thought I would want to live on John's island, but she went over my priorities with me and we realized that West Ashley was a more central location for everything I wanted to do. Once we found the right house in my budget in a tough market, she gave me great advice on the negotiations.
