Always quick and very friendly
I have been seeing Dr Werner for a long time but she never followed up on my condition. For a long time I was taking meds for gas and burping a lot. On 6/24 she set up to see an ent but we couldn't go because of a family problem. But she never followed up. Taking gas meds, over the counter meds and still didnt totally work. Dr. Werner is knowledgeable and compassionate. She listens! Very responsive to questions in person or via messages. I highly recommend her as a physician!
Amazing doctor, who really listens and cares, which is so rare to find anymore. I recommend her and anyone at their office really. All amazing and great people and professionals.
