Wasted 4 months. Reached out in November through the website to schedule a consult because I was referred by the Attorney General to reach out to Mrs Waugh to try and mediate a situation, when mediation was denied, Mrs Waugh referred me to Mrs Thompson. I never received an actually consultation and made several phone calls over the last 4 months to finally getting an email stating they can't help me.
