Dr. Bello was very demanding and persistent on examining me. Stated he would not provide me with a prescription without a physical exam. Entire situation was uncomfortable and I chose to never return for a follow up. A year later they are calling to reschedule an annual appt, that I never made! Had an appointment for an ultrasound at 8 AM on 9/18. Doors are locked after 8. (The receptionist walks away from the front desk as I’m standing in front of a large, double glass door.) Phone line says they open at 8:15…? Get in to find my appointment was cancelled. Receptionist stated I cancelled the appointment which was untrue. (Christian values yet you’re lying — SMH.) My visit was great I felt like Dr. Bonser listened and answered my questions to the best of her ability and made suggestions that made sense to me. She's very pleasant and her bedside manners are excellent! As for the office staff I can't say the same. I've been trying to get a referral faxed over to Emory Endocrinology since August 18th. I've already had to call back on the 21st of August because I called to check if the Endocrinology office received the referral, and they informed me they hadn't.
