I was really hoping that I would like this office so my search for a doctor would end. However, from my first visit I have not been satisfied. Instead of the main focus being on the patient’s health, it appears that the office is all about money. I did have a few things that needed to be done which resulted in lab results but instead of sending the results, I came in for a 2 minute appointment that cost me $167. Be careful. First thing they ask is your SOCIAL. even if you’re a new patient. Sounds concerning
I wouldn't necessarily say its the place, the front desk staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. Also I do like the medical assistants here, they're nice. However, I would not recommend Dr.Slade to anyone. I just felt unheard with her. My concerns didn't feel fully acknowledged, and the interactions felt rushed, with responses that came off impersonal and not tailored to my situation. Hot mess!
I saw Doctor Uzor and she is more than knowledgeable about PCOS! She made me feel seen and helped me understand what was happening in my body and we made a plan in place to maintain my PCOS. The front desk, phlebotomist, and nurses were also excellent! The made you feel welcome as soon as you walk in! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for someone to listen and care!
