My visit was great I felt like Dr. Bonser listened and answered my questions to the best of her ability and made suggestions that made sense to me. She's very pleasant and her bedside manners are excellent! As for the office staff I can't say the same. I've been trying to get a referral faxed over to Emory Endocrinology since August 18th. I've already had to call back on the 21st of August because I called to check if the Endocrinology office received the referral, and they informed me they hadn't. Been a patient for over 10 years. Today is my last time coming. Customer service has gone way down. I was there for an hour. 3 people went back who came in after me. Then Becky came in and went back within 3 minutes. I was told they were waiting on rooms. There were 4 rooms given to people who came in after my appointment. The filling in my personal information every time I come in is also a turn off. This is the 3rd time this year! My time is valuable. I took off my job.
Everyone was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Slade and her staff and the front office staff are awesome!
This appointment was like walking into another dimension. Everyone was so kind and the office from front to back was absolutely immaculate. So clean and organized that I wanted to stay all day. The rooms were cozy, sound machine playing, and calming that I could have taken a nap. It was the most amazing experience that I have had at any practice in my entire life and I am 55 years old. Would highly recommend to anyone and will remain a devoted customer. 🙏
