BEWARE OF THIS Facility!!! FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!! I WAS TOLD I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY MY DEPOSIT FOR MY SURGERY BEFORE I CAN EVEN SCHEDULE IT. SHE SAID THE DEPOSIT IS TO MAKE SURE THEY GET PAID REGARDLESS IF I WAS TO CANCEL THE PROCEDURE. I WAS IN SO MUCH DISCOMFORT SO I PAID THEN PROCEEDED TO SCHEDULE MY SURGERY. I HAD THE SURGERY MY INSURANCE AND I PAID EVERYTHING I OWED IN FULL!! THEN I HAD MY INSURANCE COMPANY CALL THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IN DEC TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM THE DEPOSIT. Dr. Uzor and the Southern Crescent team are amazing!! Every time I have a doctor's visit, they all make me feel very seen and valued. Dr. Uzor does an amazing job of making me feel truly cared for as she keeps up with both my personal health goals and my life details. 10/10 would recommend!
My experience here hasn't been great at all. They will take your money! BEWARE!!
I'm not sure what to say about this practice. The office is clean. Most of the staff is nice and respectful. But, something is not right about this place. They dropped me from their care because I was unable to reschedule my appointment within a week due to me having transportation issues. I'm currently 8 months pregnant, trying to scrabble around and find another OB within my last couple of months of pregnancy.
