Susan always feels like family! She takes care of her patients and their families. My sweet boy loves her and that’s rare!
I have been taking my daughter to Susan Thomas since Elaine Coats retired and I have not been thrilled. I have been displeased every time I have gone in there. She does not have good bedside manner, she is cold. I went in with my daughter and she kept asking her what she wanted for Christmas. I kept cutting her off because this was not the reason why were in there and then she documented that in my daughters permanent notes! Absolutely love bring my child to see Susan! She's so helpful and absolutely the nicest to my kid
Susan saw my daughter for a well check up and was very sweet and thorough. She explained everything to my daughter and comforted her throughout the process.
