Great with kids. Explain everything.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this pediatric doctor is. Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with both children and parents. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly go above and beyond to ensure the best care. My child always feels comfortable and safe, and I leave every visit with complete confidence in their expertise. Truly an excellent pediatrician—highly recommend!
Susan Thomas, DNP has been one of the best. Any time my daughter has an appointment with Susan , Susan is always professional, always has a warm welcome to my daughter and I. She listens to any concern from not only myself but from my daughter aswell.

I have been taking my daughter to Susan Thomas since Elaine Coats retired and I have not been thrilled. I have been displeased every time I have gone in there. She does not have good bedside manner, she is cold. I went in with my daughter and she kept asking her what she wanted for Christmas. I kept cutting her off because this was not the reason why were in there and then she documented that in my daughters permanent notes!
