Doctor Susan T. Ignatius have been my Doctor for a year Now and I am so sorry I chose her to be my healthcare provider. I am recovering from a stroke, I should not have picked her as my healthcare provider. I should have picked A doctor that care and listen to their patients.

She failed to prescribe a routine PSA blood test that is used in conjunction with a protstate exam. This could have easily been added to the other lab work she ordered at my husband's annual exam. The Urologist then had no baseline data months later when my husband had a prostate issue.
Awful bedside manor! She tells a relative who just lost their wife that they aren’t depressed! I was appalled at this and thought I would share! If you’re looking for care or compassion this is not the doctor for you apparently!
This was my second annual visit with the doctor. I was not comfortable sharing personal situations with her. She judged me and asked why I waited so long for something instead of giving advice right away. She also charged me for 2 visits instead of one this time. The only reason was I discussed some shoulder/back pain I had (but was going away slowly) when she asked me if there was anything going on….patients beware and ask before discussing anything if it’ll count as another office visit.
