Professional, got to the root of the problem, was responsive to our concerns.
Not a good experience. We were told to meet together and them each of us individually, then a plan would come from these 3 meetings. Husband went first after joint meeting. Wife's meeting was awful. Just about his concerns and not about my concerns. I did not go back.
