Called and spoke with “Lisa” about becoming a new patient. Her phone adequacy was horrible . When I asked about another Dr taking new patients she wasn’t sure was her response. The way she was on the phone gave me the impression that I did not want to be seen by the dr even if I could. She was not friendly at all. Good patient care begins with the first phone call and meeting for the first time.
Dr. Susan is a wonderful and compassionate physician. She totally changed my outlook on health care by being so sensitive and affirming to my personal needs. Because of her encouragement and her gentle, nonjudgmental approach I no longer dread doctor visits as long as they are with her!! I highly recommend Dr. Susan and am so thankful she is my primary care physician.
I highly recommend Dr. Susan Dhivianathan for the excellent care she provided for a burn on my hand. She is a truly exceptional professional. I especially appreciated how she explained the healing process and provided clear instructions for managing swelling and pain. Had a very bad poison oak allergy visited DR.Dhivianathan, she was very professional, friendly , followed up almost everyday to see the progress. Highly recommend her services.
Dr.Susan is the best physician I know. She helped me resolve a health issue that my specialist wouldn’t even see me for but Dr.Susan took the time out to find the best course of treatment for me. She followed up making sure I was getting better which showed me that she genuinely cares about her patients & does everything she can to get them back to good health.
