Susan Bailis Assisted Living is an amazing place. I can't imagine a better home for my 93-year-old uncle, especially since I live in the Rocky Mountain West and he is in Boston. He has a wonderful apartment, the staff at Susan Bailis are professional and caring, and if I have a question or concern, there is always someone to speak with. Susan Bailis Assisted Living is one of those rare organizations that feels more like a community than a facility! Every staff member encountered at SB leads with compassion. The care Mom receives from medication reminders to meal service in the beautiful dining room, is personalized, caring, and professional. Came in for interview twice and the person was supposed to meet with never show up it very unprofessional. I will definitely trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it still did not work in my favor. This is very disrespectful I was supposed to meet with Jane
Susan silks li hung waawas a eminent woman in the assisted living community and her standards of care is represented at this facility.
Susan Baillis is a hidden gem in the City of Boston! Beautiful center and great staff. I would not hesitate to recommend!
