I can't recommend Susan Rupert highly enough. I first worked with Susan in 2013 when she helped me purchase my very first home. She guided me through the process as a first-time homebuyer and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and straightforward. Susan sold our property. She worked full time and followed up. Kept us informed in every detail. Highly recommend.

Susan Rupert is truly the kind of real estate agent you hope to find but rarely do. We had the incredible opportunity to work with Susan not once, but twice—first when purchasing our first home in 2022 and again when selling that same home in 2026. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Susan Rupert! From day one, she took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and never lost sight of our needs throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she was always responsive - whether it was a quick question or an important update. Susan didn't just help us find a house; she helped us find our home. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients!

Susan hustled for months, working tirelessly on our behalf with buyer's agents and potential lenders to maximize the sale price and make the sale happen. Susan was always professional and honest while being kind and upbeat. She was fantastic at keeping us informed and in answering our questions quickly and thoroughly. I... read more
