Susan Runnels was just a complete joy, from start to finish. She was always our calm in the middle of the storm. She went above and beyond the call of duty on almost a daily basis and was quick to answer any questions we had. Most importantly, she never gave up (even when I was ready to throw in the towel) and because of her perseverance, we now are new homeowners.
