Doctor may be fine, however the nurses and office staff are very incompetent.
Takes her time with you and seems to genuinely care. Convenient locations and staff is ok.
I am disgusted with the care my mom received at this facilty! She is a snowbird and her Oncologist in NY trusted Dr.Ross to make good decisions ahout her chemo & treatment. Dr. Ross was supposed to send monthly reports/updates to my moms primary oncologist in NY and she never did! My moms CA 125 numbers are now through the roof and instead of modifying or changing her treatment she continued to give her what wasn’t working.
