I believe everyone would benefit from therapy, especially with the ongoing struggles in today’s world. I am extremely lucky to have found Susan. She came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I’m so glad I made the initial appointment. She has helped me with past and present issues. I've worked with Susan a number of years, she's an incredible woman whose passionate about what she does. I did Neurofeedback with her for a number of months and it was such a relaxing pleasant experience. I definitely noticed changes with my anxiety! Highly recommend.
Susan and her team are excellent and kind. I always feel safe and taken care of when I am there. Susan helped me get to the root of some issues I had, and the neurofeedback therapy helped reduce my anxiety and manic or depressive moments. NFB therapy and the technicians helped me reach several benchmarks, and I now I find that I am dealing with everything in my life in a more objective, compassionate, and less reactive manner.
