Absolutely No Intentionally jabbing someone to get a pain reaction is unethical. It's time to retire, takes too long to treat a small area. Awful experience. Who even knows what she's done to harm patients in a hospital.
Susan is excellent. I went to another electrolygist prior to visiting Susan and had better, faster results with Susan. It was also far less painful. Her technique and equipment are top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are in need of the services she provides.

I haven’t seen Susan for close to 8 years and that’s only because I’m hair free! Susan is amazing at what she does. My daughter is now 16, and I wish we were still in New Jersey so Susan could work miracles on her too!
