I just recently moved from another state, and all things have changed. Auto and home owners Insurance rules and regs definitely changed. Susan Rosales and her team have been patiently assisting me with the transition. I appreciate their advice, assistance, and kindness. AND, I'm saving money:)
Matt at State Farm the Rosales branch in Saline Mi was fantastic. He got me an amazing deal at a very affordable price as well he was very thorough with all of his explanation and all of the quotes that he gave me. Was also able to add a final expense policy for a very reasonable rate.
Susan is fantastic. Working with her office is easy and smooth. They spend a lot of effort staying familiar with their individual customers so you don’t have to remind them about who you are and what policies you have.
