Started my experience on their website. They called me, as I requested, and asked me about our insurance needs. Within a few hours, I had an excellent quote with several options for both home and auto. We were able to negotiate some option choices and we concluded the transaction that day. Matt was very friendly but professional.
Susan, Matt, and Nicki are awesome. My husband and I recommend this State Farm branch. They are always available and willing to answer any questions we had. There were some hiccups in documentation, but they were patient with me and addressed the issue to get it resolved. Thank you! ☺️
