He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. I’ve been with Susan Rodriguez State Farm office for more than 20 years not only do they have excellent insurance products and fantastic customer service, they process claims quickly. I once backed into built in cabinet in my garage and damaged my rear bumper. They found a body shop 10 minutes from my house and processed the claim in a couple days and my car was fixed the same week. I have been with Susan Rodriguez home insurance for many, many years now and I just LOVE her! She's sincere, kind, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. She gets back to your emails absolutely immediately. She makes insurance easy. Also, recently I had the opportunity to work with Jullien Pimentel in her office and he is so patient and helpful, a truly wonderful human being.
