We moved our insurance to Susan Rodriguez's office after our former State Farm insurance agent retired. I didn't think I could find anyone as good as our former agent. Boy was I wrong! Susan is knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. We have been so pleased with her level of customer service and attention to detail. She is the best!
I’ve with State Farm some years now and David has been helping me through those years, such a great helper when I have a concern or questions, explains and gives me options depending on my needs and a big plus for me that he is bilingual. I have worked with Susan Rodriquez and her team since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Very personable with competitive rates and easy to get in touch with. My last interaction was with Zen, who is someone who I had never dealt with previously. He was a great. Timely in answering my questions with easy to understand answers for all my concerns. A nice addition to an already stellar team. And you just got to luv that name "Zen".
