I finally made it to Susan’s new office off Foothill! I was immediately greeted by Zen who was supper friendly from the get-go. I had recently gotten into an accident and he helped talk me through it. I was having trouble uploading documents regarding the claim on my own so he assisted me. I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susan's office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. I’ve been with Susan Rodriguez State Farm office for more than 20 years not only do they have excellent insurance products and fantastic customer service, they process claims quickly. I once backed into built in cabinet in my garage and damaged my rear bumper. They found a body shop 10 minutes from my house and processed the claim in a couple days and my car was fixed the same week.
