Susan has been "our" family (my husband and I, and our kids) realtor for two decades now. She is so organized and thorough, never misses a thing. She has great working relationships with inspectors, movers, etc. It doesn't matter if she is showing us new or used properties or selling our existing one, we have always had a positive experience and would never, ever consider using anyone else!
