What’s the point of making an appointment when you as an establishment can’t keep your scheduled appointment to your clients. First time coming since the recent transition to Bright Stars and not at all satisfied on the wait time. I literally had to get up after a number of families who arrived after we did were seen to ask what is going on. A 10 minute delay sure ok but nearly 40 minutes past your set appointment is not acceptable.
Very friendly and made my children feel comfortable.
The staff here are beyond kind and professional! Every experience has been top notch and the dentist is excellent in communicating the treatment and expectations. I will only use them for my children’s dental health!
