When she told me she couldn't help me virtually, I asked why I was even able to have the appointment when she already knew she couldn't help as I was unhappy with having to pay for the visit. She burst out laughing and told me she wasn't there to treat me, she was there to "educate" me. I asked what she meant and she quickly ended the call. Did she really just call me uneducated for trying to seek medical help?
I have utilized Dr. Rahimi two times via MDLIVE and she is fabulous. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and I can tell you that she is a gem. She takes the time to listen to you, very compassionate and caring. She will not rush the visit and wants to ensure your needs are met and there will be a solution to your current issue you are calling for.
I scheduled a virtual visit with Dr. Rahimi. She was absolutely fantastic - kind, thoughtful, and thorough throughout the duration of our visit. She was sure to take time to answer all of my questions and talk through the different options I had regarding my care/treatment. She made me feel at ease during our visit. Dr. Rahimi is a fantastic clinician. If she practiced in my town, she would be my primary care physician, no question.
She respects elders and culturally sensitive matters. She takes care of my Japanese mother. She is the doctor who tries to give her the best when face with the patients.
